COVID-19 Shipping Update

For the past 4 months we have been experiencing unprecedented delays with our shipping times, due to the Coronavirus pandemic that has affected retailers, their suppliers and their carriers all over the world. 

The situation has improved however we are still experiencing delays of 4 weeks or more with our delivery times. This can sometimes be due to packages being held up for longer at customs in your local country. However, we are taking careful steps to look after our customers and that's our priority.

As a small business, we are working tirelessly to get your orders processed and shipped as quickly as we can. Please do be patient and contact us first for assistance, rather than jumping to an angry conclusion. It has been a very tough time for all of us in 2020, and, as the retailer, we are humans too!

Please rest assured that operations are gradually returning to normal.
